Fundraising
ASI works in partnership with clients for their success. During a client's fundraising program, it became apparent that a more sophisticated approach would be necessary to secure financial support. ASI wrote a formal "Case Statement" for the organization and coordinated the development of collateral materials, transforming a basic solicitation into a professional fundraising program. Last year, ASI more than doubled the anticipated revenue for sponsorships for this client from a goal of $100,000 to raising over $225,000.
Financial Solvency
Our number one priority is helping you achieve your objectives. Several years ago, a key industry association in serious financial and membership crisis became a client of ASI. It was time to strip down to the basics. Three goals were established, and for the following seven years, ASI kept the organization focused on those three goals. The annual budget grew from $175,000 to almost $800,000. Membership more than tripled and strategic partnerships went from zero to seven, taking the organization from near bankruptcy to a strong, solid position.
Program Development
ASI makes a lasting difference for clients. In 1999, the Board of Directors of an ASI client decided to develop a standard for the industry. ASI's staff was responsible for making this Board decision a reality. Using guidelines established by ANSI, the standard was developed and recognized in 2002. The next step was to establish a formal accreditation program. Using the standard as the source document, ASI set up a process and program that helped to elevate the quality and delivery of services for the entire industry.
Association Growth
An ability to support significant organizational growth in membership, conference attendance and programs, while holding to the highest standards, has distinguished ASI over the years and allowed its clients to move forward in their fields. This is a ten-year tracking report for one of our clients.
